Job Overview

 

Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to drive the strategy, delivery, and evolution of a customer-facing enterprise SaaS portal. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product vision, engineering execution, and enterprise customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Own the product backlog and release roadmap; translate stakeholder business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria prioritized by value, dependency, and capacity
• Drive the customer self-service experience — including account/org management, licensing and entitlements, downloads, subscription visibility, and support case flows
• Own integration requirements across the enterprise ecosystem (CRM, CPQ, ERP, entitlement/license servers, support and knowledge systems)
• Define identity, access, and entitlement rules including SSO, org hierarchy, role-based permissions, and delegated administration for enterprise customers and partners
• Partner with engineering, UX, and QA through grooming, sprint reviews, UAT sign-off, and post-release adoption measurement

Required Skills

 

• Agile/Scrum methodology (SAFe preferred), Jira or Azure DevOps
• B2B customer portal and self-service product experience; licensing and entitlement models; subscription and renewals lifecycle
• REST/GraphQL API design literacy; systems integration; data mapping; event-driven architecture patterns; Salesforce ecosystem exposure
• SAML, OIDC, OAuth2; IAM and RBAC concepts; multi-tenant access modeling; data privacy/compliance awareness
• Cloud-native/microservices fluency (AWS or Azure); analytics tooling (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Pendo); A/B testing
• Strong stakeholder communication skills at director/VP level

Preferred Skills

 

• CSPO or PSPO certification
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
