They are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow expert to join their team and shape the future of their platform implementation. The Role • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions for a key government program. • Provide technical leadership across multiple ServiceNow platform areas including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, SecOps, HRSD, and App Engine. • Design and oversee integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, and custom spokes, ensuring scalable and secure delivery. • Develop and maintain technical design documentation, architectural diagrams, and configuration standards. • Collaborate with program managers, product owners, and stakeholders to support roadmap planning and solution delivery. • Act as a subject matter expert on network infrastructure, network hardware, and network security. What You'll Need • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and platform enhancements. • Proven ability to translate technical and business requirements into architectural blueprints for federal agencies. • Deep understanding of the overall ServiceNow platform architecture, including CMDB and CSDM. • Experience establishing and executing platform governance and leading ServiceNow version upgrades. • Possess a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification and DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification. • Hold a Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility (TS/SCI).
