The Role

• Lead technical operations and ensure adherence to company standards as an on-site operations manager.
• Perform vehicle glass repairs and replacements, including calibration of advanced driver-assistance systems.
• Manage customer service from initial contact through to vehicle handover, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
• Oversee administrative tasks including invoicing, cash handling, and appointment scheduling.
• Implement quality assurance measures and ensure compliance with audit standards.
• Mentor and guide a team of service technicians.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a relevant trade and several years of professional experience, ideally as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to complete a qualification assessment or already possess "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" certification.
• A strong commitment to our company values, embracing diversity and inclusion.
• Possess a valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and proficient PC and administrative skills.
• Excellent customer focus, service orientation, and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with a high degree of trust and collaboration.

• Competitive starting salary of at least €3,200 gross per month for full-time employment, with part-time options available.
