Job Description

Senior Project Manager - ServiceNow

Contract: Initial 3 Months

Location: Remote, with some travel expectations

Rate: Competitive, Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with proven ServiceNow delivery experience to lead a large-scale enterprise application implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, governance, and ensuring successful outcomes across the full application development and deployment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams. Manage project governance, reporting, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Requirements
  • Design
  • Build
  • Test & Training
  • Deployment
  • Hypercare
  • Handover to Support
  • Ensure effective planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and delivery control throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience delivering a ServiceNow implementation projects as a Senior Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of the software/application development and deployment lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Demonstrable experience managing projects through requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and transition to support.
  • Strong project governance and controls experience, including reporting, risk and issue management, dependency management, change control, and deliverable tracking.
  • Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills.
  • Experience leading complex projects involving multiple teams and workstreams.
  • Experience from large enterprise organisations
  • PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience delivering enterprise SaaS or digital transformation programmes.
  • Available at short notice.
