BAND: 6 JOB PURPOSE: To support the Senior Project Manager (Construction Procurement) to deliver an effective procurement of construction / building services and construction related professional services works contracts that represents the most cost effective and technically feasible solution for the Housing Executive's Asset Management division. REQUIREMENTS: 1.i) A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent level 6 qualification) in Quantity Surveying or in another relevant Building/Construction Discipline PLUS at least 2 years' relevant post qualification experience working within a Building/Construction function OR ii) A BTEC Higher National Certificate/Diploma (or equivalent Level 5 qualification) in a Technical/Construction related discipline PLUS at least 3 years' relevant experience working within a Building/Construction function (Please include dates) * For the purposes of shortlisting, relevant experience means experience gained in a construction, building, quantity surveying, project management or other related building construction or technical environment APPLICATION PROCESS Application should be made using the on-line application form.
