Job Description
We are seeking a Fleet/Facilities Technical Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support for fleet and facilities asset management activities. This role will assist with tracking assets, maintaining records, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and supporting day-to-day fleet and facilities operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet operations, facilities management, maintenance coordination, asset tracking, or related technical environments and be comfortable working in a fast-paced operational setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support fleet and facility asset management operations.
- Maintain and update asset tracking systems, fleet orders, and related documentation.
- Assist with vehicle fleet coordination, motor pool activities, and Agile Fleet-related processes.
- Support asset inventory, asset tagging, and equipment tracking efforts.
- Track deliveries, surplus assets, warranties, invoices, and operational requests.
- Organize and maintain records, compliance documentation, and audit files.
- Coordinate with vendors, regional staff, internal departments, and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, status updates, and operational documentation.
- Assist with developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide responsive customer service and operational support.
Required Qualifications
✅ Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Operations, or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience
OR
✅ High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of experience in maintenance, fleet operations, facilities operations, or related technical disciplines

⭐ Inventory Control and Compliance Documentation
⭐ Microsoft Excel, Reporting, and Data Analysis
⭐ Government, Public Sector, or Large Enterprise Operations experience
