Release Train Engineer (RTE) / Release Delivery Lead (RDL)

Role Summary:

Seeking an experienced RTE/RDL to lead Agile Release Train execution across multiple programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience facilitating PI Planning, managing cross-team dependencies, driving risk and issue resolution, and influencing senior stakeholders to make timely decisions. This is a leadership role requiring strong facilitation skills, executive presence, and the ability to operate effectively from day one.

Mandatory Skills

•              Proven experience as an RTE, RDL, or Program Delivery Lead

•              Hands-on experience with:

o             PI Planning facilitation

o             Rally (CA Agile Central)

o             Cross-team dependency management

o             Program risk and impediment management

•              Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

•              Ability to drive planning, prioritization, and decision-making across concurrent programs

•              Experience using GenAI tools (Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to improve delivery productivity and outcomes

Preferred Skills

•              Healthcare, Health Insurance, or other regulated industry experience

•              Experience leading large-scale Agile programs and ARTs

Good to Have

•              SAFe Certification (not mandatory)

•              Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira Align, or similar Agile tools
