You'll work in a collaborative, forward-thinking team where AI is embedded into everyday testing practices-from generating test cases to improving automation and test data.You'll gain hands-on exposure to modern technologies including APIs, cloud platforms, and data-driven systems, while being supported by experienced mentors to continuously build your capability. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in quality engineering within a supportive and innovative environment.What you'll be doingExecute manual and automated test cases to validate functional and non-functional requirementsSupport the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright, Python, Typescript)Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data using data-driven and behaviour-driven approachesParticipate in end-to-end testing across systems to ensure seamless user experiencesAnalyse test results, identify defects, and support troubleshooting and resolutionContribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and frameworksCollaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to define testable requirementsAssist in validating data pipelines, datasets, and backend systems using SQL and automation techniquesEnsure test documentation, reporting, and traceability are maintainedParticipate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectivesUse and explore AI tools to improve testing efficiency, automation, and quality outcomesSupport adherence to security, compliance, and quality standardsWhat you bringYou don't need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.Experience & SkillsDegree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)1+ years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automation) in an Agile environmentExposure to automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Playwright, Python, Typescript or similar)Understanding of test processes including test design, execution, and defect managementKnowledge of SQL and relational databases for data validationFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g. GitHub, AWS CodePipeline)Experience working with Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)Exposure to data-driven or behaviour-driven testing approaches (DDT/BDD)Interest in working with AI tools in testing and development workflowsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailGood communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage time, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlinesOur processWe aim to keep the process simple and respectful of your time:You'll receive an acknowledgement after applying.Our Talent team will review your application and keep you updated.If shortlisted, we'll connect to learn more about you.Interviews may be virtual or in person.You'll receive an outcome and feedback.If you need any adjustments, please let us know - we're here to support you.Our commitmentWe're committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported to do their best work.
