Must Have Skills:

6 8 years of Oracle EBS SCM support experience

Oracle EBS R12 (Order Management, Inventory, Shipping)

Oracle Service Parts Planning (SPM) & Spare Parts Management

Incident Management & ITIL

ServiceNow or similar ticketing tool

SCM Inventory Management

Intermediate SQL

Strong communication and SLA-driven production support

24x7 support environment experience

Nice to Have: Pega, Salesforce, EDIB2B, MuleSoftAPI integration, ITIL Certification.
