Key Responsibilities

• Supervise pre-licensed or developing mental health professionals
• Provide feedback on cases, documentation, and treatment planning
• Support ethical decision-making and professional development
• Follow Connecticut licensing and supervision requirements
• Maintain clear supervision expectations and records

• Active Connecticut clinical license in good standing
• Eligible license types may include Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Must be qualified to supervise under Connecticut board requirements
• Clinical supervision experience preferred
