Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Change Management Analyst to support Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) projects within a Change Management Office. The role will focus on coordinating project deliverables, documentation, approvals, stakeholder reviews, and change management activities across large-scale IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support DDI projects and enterprise IT initiatives throughout the SDLC.
  • Manage and track project deliverables, requests, approvals, and rejections.
  • Review, log, route, and maintain project documentation and deliverables.
  • Coordinate reviews between Project Managers, SMEs, vendors, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Maintain deliverable trackers, documentation repositories, inventories, and version control.
  • Track project status, dependencies, risks, issues, and approvals.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc status reports and project metrics.
  • Support Change Management, release readiness, implementation, and O&M activities.
  • Serve as a central liaison between project teams, PMO, vendors, SMEs, and technical teams.
  • Support activities across all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Change Management Analyst, Project Analyst, or similar IT role.
  • Strong experience supporting large-scale IT projects or enterprise implementations.
  • Experience with project deliverables, documentation, approvals, and tracking.
  • Strong understanding of IT project artifacts such as:
    • Requirements & Design Documents
    • Test Plans & Test Cases
    • Project/Work Plans
    • Release & Implementation Documentation
  • Experience with document management, version control, and deliverable tracking.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC.
  • Excellent stakeholder coordination, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and a high volume of deliverables.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) or healthcare/public-sector IT.
  • Experience with DDI and O&M projects.
  • Government/public-sector IT experience.
  • Experience in Change Management methodologies.
  • Experience with enterprise document repositories and collaboration tools.
  • Experience working in multi-vendor IT environments.
