The Role

• Drive new business growth in an assigned territory through prospecting, closing complex contracts, and building long-term client relationships.
• Prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments and present proposals for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain accurate client information and activity logs in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching.
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Willingness to comply with auto insurance requirements for business use of a personal vehicle.
