Role : Finance Program Manager Quote-to-Cash (QTC) Location: San Jose CA -Onsite Duration: Contract role
ROLE_DESCRIPTION
Seeking a high-impact Finance Program Manager to drive our Quote to Cash (Q2C) transformation, spanning deal structuring and pricing, order management, billing, revenue recognition, and collections. This role sits at the intersection of delivery leadership and operational excellence, with the opportunity to help redesign the processes and systems that power how client quotes, contracts, invoices, and collects from customers at scale.

The ideal candidate is ready to own end-to-end Q2C transformation as an operator invested in the outcome, with fluency across the finance, sales operations, deal desk, legal, and IT stakeholders who touch the quote-to-cash lifecycle. They can move fluidly from process redesign to detailed operational planning. They structure executive-level recommendations and hold cross-functional teams accountable for delivery.

This program manager will help build a "transformation muscle" within Finance by regularly recognizing, applying, and documenting standard methodologies and controls that guide client's Quote to Cash playbook.

Job duties

Own the delivery of Quote to Cash transformation initiative planning and design, including scope definition across pricing/CPQ, order management, billing, revenue recognition, and collections workstreams, deliverables tracking, and definition and measurement of success criteria (e.g., quote cycle time, billing accuracy, DSO).

Drive rigorous cross-functional execution and program delivery across Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Treasury, and IT, ensuring accountability across teams while supporting and maintaining established Q2C governance frameworks and controls. Influence and guide key business partners: Lead through influence with Sales, Legal, Revenue Accounting, and IT teams outside your direct reporting line. Act as a credible thought partner to senior executives, effectively representing Q2C transformation priorities and trade-offs.

Support program resource planning, budget, and resource management; manage third-party vendors and system-integrator partners delivering CPQ, billing, and revenue recognition system enhancements
Enable organizational learning and capability building through identification and codification of Q2C process patterns, frameworks, and best practices across quoting, contracting, billing, and cash application
Help design the future-state Quote to Cash operating model for Finance that will serve as an operational mechanism to drive transformation across Finance and its cross-functional stakeholders

EXPERIENCE
Program/Portfolio Manager or Project Lead-equivalent experience; alternatively, 6-8+ years in a high-impact internal Quote to Cash, finance transformation, or revenue operations role at a leading global company.

Demonstrated track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformations from problem definition through implementation with clear accountability for business outcomes
Strong communication and people management skills, with the ability to drive impact through influence and to lead senior leaders through defined narratives/storyboards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including translating data into actionable insights.

Exposure to enterprise-scale Quote to Cash systems and processes including CPQ, contract management, billing, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and collections platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Zuora, or equivalent). Background in enterprise SaaS, technology, or digital transformation environments preferred.

Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required
