Our client based in Stafford, is looking to expand their engineering team and is recruiting

experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers , to join their growing operation.

If you're an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Engineer from an FMCG or manufacturing background and are looking for a role offering flexibility, stability and career progression, we'd love to hear from you!

The Role

You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving the performance of the site's machinery and production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

You'll be working on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern with

12-hour shifts . Start times are flexible, with the option to begin anytime between

3:00am and 9:00am , giving you greater work-life balance.

What you will need for thi Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers role:

Experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical)

18th Edition qualified

(essential)

Previous experience within an

FMCG, food manufacturing or production environment

is highly desirable

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvement

What's on Offer?

Salary reviewed and negotiated upwards once fully trained on the site's specialist milking machinery
