Building Services Consultancy We are working with a well-established Building Services consultancy looking to recruit a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their growing team in Epsom. This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer looking to develop their career within a supportive consultancy environment, working across a range of projects and sectors. The successful candidate will assist in the delivery of high-quality mechanical building services designs from concept through to completion while working closely with senior engineers and project teams. The Role * Deliver mechanical building services design on a range of projects * Produce detailed and coordinated design solutions to client specifications * Prepare design calculations and technical reports * Produce and assist with AutoCAD drawings * Attend client and project meetings * Assist with project delivery and coordination * Participate in design reviews, audits, and quality control procedures * Carry out building surveys where required * Support and collaborate with junior members of the team * Work towards Chartered Engineer status Requirements * Experience within a Building Services Consultancy environment * Mechanical building services design experience * Understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems * Experience using AutoCAD * Ability to undertake mechanical calculations and technical reporting * Strong communication and coordination skills * Working towards Chartership desirable What’s on Offer * Competitive salary package * Ongoing career development and progression * Exposure to a varied project portfolio * Supportive and collaborative working environment If you are interested in discussing this opportunity further, please apply today or get in touch for a confidential conversation
