Job Description

Aspirion seeks a Senior Total Rewards Partner to lead compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain top healthcare revenue cycle talent. In this mission-driven, data-focused environment, you will design and manage pay structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs while ensuring compliance and market competitiveness. Partnering closely with HR and business leaders, you'll guide offers, promotions, and merit cycles, conduct market pricing and pay equity analyses, enhance total rewards communication, and drive projects that align our programs with performance, integrity, and employee well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs aligned with Aspirion's strategy
  • Conduct market pricing, salary benchmarking, and pay equity analyses for healthcare roles
  • Partner with HR and leadership on compensation decisions, offers, and promotions
  • Manage annual merit, bonus, and incentive planning cycles
  • Oversee benefits strategy, vendor relationships, and plan performance
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state compensation and benefits regulations
  • Develop total rewards communications and tools for leaders and employees
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend enhancements
  • Support job architecture, career frameworks, and pay structures
  • Lead or contribute to total rewards projects and systems implementations
