Position Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Technical Systems Analyst to support the design, development, testing, documentation, and maintenance of enterprise IT applications and systems. The selected candidate will work across system design, application development, documentation, security, testing, and quality assurance activities while collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing system design specifications for enterprise applications and technology solutions.
• Develop solution documentation that meets system and security requirements.
• Evaluate alternative technical approaches and support solution design decisions.
• Develop specifications for databases, communication systems, hardware, networks, security, storage, and software configurations.
• Develop structured diagrams for databases, networks, security systems, and application environments.
• Maintain and document system, server, database, software, and security configurations.
• Develop system, operational, installation, and technical documentation.
• Develop operational procedures and guidelines for databases, hardware, operating systems, networks, security, and client/server environments.
• Assist with system design and application development activities.
• Work with technical teams to plan application enhancements, changes, and implementations.
• Create, test, maintain, and enhance application programs.
• Design reports, audit trails, logs, and security mechanisms.
• Support technical teams with application, database, and system issues.
• Assist with system testing, evaluation, and integration of application modules.
• Develop and monitor IT quality assurance standards.
• Perform quality control reviews and audits of implemented applications.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional IT experience supporting enterprise applications and systems.
• Experience designing document management systems.
• Experience designing Active Directory-based security solutions.
• Experience designing workflow systems.
• Experience designing three-tier applications.
• Experience with system design, application development, testing, and implementation.
• Strong technical documentation and system analysis skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise application environments.
• Experience working with database, network, security, and infrastructure systems.
• Experience with application quality assurance and testing.
• Experience developing system diagrams and technical documentation.
• Experience supporting application enhancements and modernization initiatives.
