Role : CMOD Consultant
Location : Charlotte, NC New jersey, NJ(Onsite)
Duration : 12+ Months (W2 Only)
We are seeking a CMOD Consultant to support and optimize our IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) environment. The ideal candidate will manage system configuration, data ingestion, indexing, and retrieval workflows while ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance.

Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Design and develop enterprise level solutions using IBM CMOD to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Experience with mainframe to run the jobs/reports.
- Experience Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ODWEK API.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards on CMOD and ICN.
- Oversee the implementation of IBM Content Navigator to optimize document management processes and improve user experience.
- Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of Java based applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with business objectives.
- Administer and maintain IBM CMOD, including ARSLOAD processes, application groups, and ODWEK.
- Troubleshoot load issues, indexing failures, and retrieval problems.
- Work with DB2/Oracle to run queries, maintain schemas, and support data integrity.
- Manage storage sets, caching, retention policies, and archive performance.
- Provide L2/L3 support for CMOD operations and integrations.
- Automate tasks using shell scripts or other scripting languages.
- Experience working with Mainframe is added plus.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with IBM CMOD administration and all associated components.
- Strong knowledge of ARSLOAD, indexers, and CMOD system tables.
- Proficiency in SQL (DB2 or Oracle).
- Experience with AIX/Linux/Windows environments.
- Experience with shell scripts or other scripting languages.
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
