Inside Sales Representative

Responsible for providing order management services to clients. Activities include helping clients with order quoting, order processing, order fulfilment, order review, order entry, order dispatch & support, order payment, etc. Ensures timely release of orders and a fulfilment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction. Monitors and resolves order issues and processing errors. An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities typically include: Works independently with general supervision Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
