Job description
Beyond Bank is seeking a senior leader to mature its Technology Risk & Controls capability. You will partner with Technology, Risk and Audit to strengthen cyber resilience and governance in an AI-enabled landscape.
This role requires communicating risk clearly to executives and boards, and embedding risk thinking across architecture, delivery and operations. You will lead risk policy translation, control design and monitoring, while building a high-performing team and fostering accountability
