Job Description

Securitas is seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead HR and talent management for our Security & Law Enforcement operations. In this role, you will oversee full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance for a diverse security workforce. You will partner closely with operational leaders to align staffing, training, and development with client and site needs while upholding our mission-driven, safety-focused culture of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness. Responsibilities include managing HR policies, investigations, and HRIS data; supporting benefits and compensation programs; and driving initiatives that improve engagement, retention, and professionalism. This role offers a path to expanded leadership in a global security organization, with exposure to complex client environments and opportunities to shape ethical, high-performing teams dedicated to protecting people, property, and communities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR operations for assigned region or sites within Securitas' security and law enforcement portfolio.
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment and talent management to staff security operations with qualified personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and industry-specific security regulations.
  • Partner with leaders on performance management, coaching, and workforce planning.
  • Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution with a focus on integrity and fairness.
  • Oversee onboarding, training coordination, and development pathways for security officers and staff.
  • Support compensation, benefits, and HRIS data accuracy to inform decisions and reporting.
  • Champion a culture of safety, professionalism, ethics, and diversity aligned with Securitas values.
  • Collaborate with operations and safety teams to align HR practices with client and site requirements.
  • Identify process improvements and HR initiatives to enhance engagement and retention.
