Brand Marketing Executive - 12 month FTC

Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a Global organisation based within the Watford area. This company are a market leader within their field, they have an exciting opportunity for a Degree educated candidate with 1-2 years experience, to join their Brand Marketing team. This position will be working closely with the Brand Marketing Managers, playing a key part in planning, delivering and executing brand plans for the business.
This person will need to have 1-2 years experience within Marketing, and due to the fact this company work within the office 4 days, this person will need to be local to the office.
Salary - 28,000 - 32,000 depending on experience
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm - 4 days in and 1 day from home
Please note - this is an initial 12 month FTC
Some of the duties will include:

• Supporting annual brand plans and coordinating activity across multiple channels
• Helping lead SEO, eCRM and social activity, working with both internal teams and external agencies
• Developing and refining messaging across social, PR, SEO and campaign assets
• Supporting new product launches and working with Product, Trade and Digital teams on go-to-market plans
• Ensuring product and website content is accurate, engaging, optimised and focused on consumer benefits
• Briefing agencies, reviewing creative, coordinating feedback and keeping projects moving
• Ensuring communications consistently reflect brand positioning, tone of voice and visual identity
• Coordinating activity with internal and external partners to deliver a smooth customer experience
• Conducting brand, competitor, marketing and retail audits to identify trends, gaps and opportunities
• Supporting budgets, purchase orders, reporting and day-to-day project management

The suitable candidate:

• Degree Educated candidate
• 1-2 years experience within a marketing focused role
• Previous experience delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong communication skills on all levels both verbal and written
• Has the ability to multi-task and prioritise a busy workload
• Can build strong working relationships both internally and externally
• A good understanding of social media
• Must be local to Watford
