Dayforce / ADP Workforce Now SME Contract

The Client is seeking an experienced Dayforce Platform SME or ADP Workforce Now SME with strong expertise in plan configuration, plan build, and file feed integrations supporting HR, Benefits, Payroll, and related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as SME for Dayforce or ADP Workforce Now.
• Configure and maintain HR, Benefits, Payroll, and business plans.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot inbound/outbound file feeds and integrations.
• Perform data mapping, validation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Work with 834 EDI, CSV, and other HR/payroll data files.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and external vendors.
• Support system enhancements, testing, optimization, documentation, and compliance.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on Dayforce or ADP Workforce Now SME experience.
• Strong plan configuration and plan build experience.
• Experience with file feeds, data integrations, and vendor interfaces.
• Knowledge of 834 EDI, CSV, data mapping, and validation.
• Strong understanding of HR/Benefits/Payroll/HRIS processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with Dayforce or ADP Workforce Now.
• Benefits administration/payroll integrations.
• EDI transactions, especially 834 enrollment files.
• HR system implementation, enhancement, migration, or integration experience.
