The Role

• Responsible for vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" and manage technical-fachliche aspects and daily operations.
• Provide customer service from order acceptance to vehicle handover.
• Handle invoicing, customer payments, and order management.
• Oversee quality assurance measures, inventory, and audit-relevant standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with relevant experience as a master mechanic, mechatronics technician, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undergo a skills test or possess existing Operations Manager (HWK) certification.
• A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency.
• Strong customer focus, service orientation, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, in a team, and foster trusting relationships.
