The Role • Lead and develop a team of Membership Advisors to achieve sales goals and ensure exceptional member experiences. • Recruit, interview, and onboard new sales talent in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team. • Optimize staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and maximize sales performance. • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to enhance staff sales and customer service skills. • Drive financial performance by monitoring KPIs, setting clear expectations, and implementing action plans to close sales gaps. • Ensure adherence to quality control standards throughout the sales process, from initial member interaction to closing. What You'll Need • Proven experience in sales management, with a strong understanding of sales methodologies and performance metrics. • Excellent leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. • Strong coaching and training capabilities to foster skill development in sales and customer service. • Ability to analyze performance data and develop strategic action plans to achieve targets. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and management interaction. • A passion for fitness and creating a positive, member-focused environment.
