We're hiring on behalf of a prominent European energy infrastructure company dedicated to advancing the energy transition. This role offers a significant opportunity to contribute to crucial medium, high, and extra-high voltage substation projects across southeastern Germany, directly impacting climate protection goals.

The Role

• Assemble steel structures for 110kV to 380kV switchgear, including air-insulated and gas-insulated systems.
• Install high and medium voltage equipment and electrical systems, including mounting components like high-voltage clamps, suspension, and support insulators.
• Perform installation and removal of screwed and pressed connections, as well as pipe and cable assembly, including cable pulling.
• Update plan documents with revisions via red markings.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a locksmith, metalworker, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, plant mechanic, or equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience in locksmithing, preferably within construction, mechanical and plant engineering, energy technology, utility technology, or the metal processing industry.
• Ideally, experience working safely with electrical systems.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to job sites with your own vehicle.
• Readiness for regular assembly assignments from Monday to Thursday in southeastern Germany, including overnight stays.
• Good German language skills and a self-motivated, responsible work attitude.
