The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Credit Analysts, providing guidance and support.
• Resolve customer account issues and evaluate orders requiring credit review.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform high-impact business decisions.
• Oversee and execute special projects within the Credit department.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of experience in Credit or Collections preferred.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership potential and a passion for teamwork.
