Responsibilities

• Support SuccessFactors configuration, testing, data migration, integrations, and deployment.
• Configure Employee Central and/or Employee Central Payroll based on assigned workstream.
• Support business requirements, functional specifications, test scripts, defect resolution, and production readiness.
• Assist with payroll parallel testing and reconciliation.
• Support integration testing across EC, ECP, Time, Benefits, Finance, and external systems.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM experience.
• Strong configuration experience in Employee Central and/or ECP.
• Ability to work across functional workstreams.
• Experience with implementation, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.

Preferred Specialization

At least one consultant should have strong SuccessFactors Benefits integration experience, including:

• Benefitfocus
• ACA-related integrations
• Benefits carrier interfaces
• Benefits-to-payroll integration

Required Public-Sector Payroll Experience

Candidates with experience in county, city, state, municipal, or K-12 payroll environments are strongly preferred.

Relevant experience includes:

• Public-sector compensation structures
• Longevity pay
• Shift premiums
• Public-safety payroll
• Retiree payroll/handling
• Pension interfaces
• TCDRS-type pension integrations
• Fund/grant accounting
• Complex wage-type structures
• Collective bargaining / contractual pay rules
• High-volume off-cycle payroll
