Summary: • Design, train, test, and productize scalable artificial intelligence and machine learning models and algorithms to address complex business needs. • Transform data science prototypes into robust, production-ready software solutions deployed across cloud-based architectures. • Provide technical leadership and expertise across the full lifecycle of AI/ML development, deployment, monitoring, and model governance.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 17+ years • Total Compensation: $331k+ yearly Job Description: • Design, create, test, and productize AI/ML algorithms capable of dynamic learning and prediction. • Lead geographically diverse engineering teams and act as a primary technical point of contact for AI/ML architecture and implementation. • Research, evaluate, and implement suitable machine learning frameworks, algorithms, and data representation methods. • Select datasets, execute statistical analysis, and continuously train, evaluate, and retrain models to ensure high-performance metrics. • Establish standard test, evaluation, explainability, and resiliency protocols for machine learning algorithms. • Develop scalable software architectures utilizing languages such as Python, Java, C, and R. • Interface with data pipelines, data governance structures, and infrastructure to optimize model training, scheduling, and deployment.
