Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
CardioMender | Pembroke Pines, FL | Full-time
CardioMender is expanding its established practice to offer more aesthetic and wellness services. We’re seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to lead patient consultations, deliver exceptional injectable treatments, and help build a growing aesthetics program.
This is a hands-on clinical and leadership role for an NP who is confident treating patients, developing treatment plans, and growing a loyal patient base.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consultations and create personalized aesthetic treatment plans.
- Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments with a strong focus on safety, natural-looking results, and patient experience.
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected results, maintenance, and appropriate follow-up care.
- Document consultations, treatments, photos, and outcomes accurately in the practice’s systems.
- Build lasting patient relationships and support retention through consistent care and follow-through.
- Help establish clinical workflows, treatment standards, and a collaborative team culture as the aesthetics program grows.
- Track individual production and contribute to the growth of the practice.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license and applicable certifications.
- Substantial hands-on experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
- A strong portfolio of aesthetic work and demonstrated success in patient consultations and treatment planning.
- Ability to discuss prior production or performance results and explain how you built your patient base.
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient safety.
- Interest in helping shape and grow an expanding aesthetic practice.
Experience with skin treatments, wellness services, or leading an aesthetics team is a plus.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Florida Nurse Practitioner license and current national board certification.
- Significant hands-on experience performing aesthetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
- Strong consultation skills, including the ability to assess patient goals, recommend appropriate treatments, and explain treatment plans clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to build patient relationships, retain patients, and grow an aesthetic practice.
- Ability to share recent individual production results and discuss your approach to practice growth.
- Sound clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to patient safety.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work full-time, on-site in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
