Security Specialist I Junior

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Security Specialist I Junior (Contract - Remote).

Summary

We are seeking a Security Specialist to support the migration and consolidation of privileged access management environments. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, testing, and documenting migrations while ensuring security, compliance, and minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Migrate privileged accounts, safes, platforms, and permissions
• Configure and validate CyberArk components (PVWA, CPM, PSM)
• Update and test integrations with Active Directory, Entra ID, servers, databases, and applications
• Perform migration testing, cutover activities, and post-migration validation
• Develop documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
• Partner with infrastructure, security, and technology teams throughout the project

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of CyberArk administration and engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk migrations or environment consolidations
• Experience with Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Entra ID, and PowerShell
• Strong knowledge of EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and CyberArk APIs
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• Spanish/English bilingual is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
