About the Role
Join a small, high-impact team building AI-powered production scheduling and quoting automation for chemical and industrial manufacturing. You will deliver product features that help manufacturers streamline complex commercial workflows.
What You'll Do
Build and ship production AI agents for quoting, pricing, and cross-selling workflows.
Own product features across the frontend and backend using TypeScript, Next.js, and React.
Integrate the product with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms.
Support GDPR-compliant deployments and data residency needs for European customers.
What We're Looking For
Three to eight years of full-stack product engineering experience, including at least three years building and shipping full-stack products or features.
Hands-on experience building or deeply integrating AI systems, with demonstrated production experience orchestrating agents.
Experience using an agentic framework or harness, such as LangGraph, Mastra, or Agents SDK.
Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
Startup experience and a strong product sense, with the ability to work effectively in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
Curiosity about AI and an active interest in new tools and techniques.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California.
