Desktop Support Technician II - Hybrid Role

Geosyntec Consultants is seeking enthusiastic Desktop Support Technicians, Level II, to join our IT team in Brisbane and Perth. The role covers installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of laptops, desktops and mobile devices, with hybrid work options two to three days in the office and two to three days from a home office.

Essential duties include delivering intermediate to advanced desktop support, incident management using ITSM, and applying endpoint security controls.
