Sales Consultant
In this role, you will guide customers through the vehicle-buying process by setting appointments, assisting with test drives, and helping them select vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
We believe in work-life balance. Our Sales Consultants receive TWO weekends off every month along with a minimum guaranteed salary of $5,000 per month for their first six months — something very few dealerships offer.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Convert showroom and online visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests
Match customers with the most appropriate vehicle based on their preferences
Learn and understand the features, capabilities, and benefits of all vehicles, including competitive models
Confidently demonstrate vehicle features during walk-arounds and test drives
Build positive, long-term relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
Maintain and update a customer database and follow up consistently
Work closely with other team members to provide an exceptional customer experience
