The Role • Lead and motivate a team, acting as a role model and implementing national sales concepts. • Ensure exceptional product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards. • Drive customer satisfaction through engaging product displays, expert advice, and excellent service. • Develop and execute sales-boosting initiatives. • Oversee all operational aspects, including cost and revenue management, inventory, pricing, and product flow. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent experience with fresh product counter management. • Strong knowledge of fresh products, with a keen eye for quality and freshness. • A solution-oriented approach, commitment to tasks, and structured, conscientious work ethic. • Excellent teamwork, customer focus, and communication skills. • Flexibility to work in a rotating shift system (Monday-Saturday, 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM).
