The ideal candidate will be instrumental in attracting and hiring top tech talent, partnering closely with IT leadership to build critical technology teams.

The Role

• Lead strategic sourcing and recruitment efforts for technology roles.
• Partner with IT leaders to define talent needs, job qualifications, and compensation packages.
• Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies based on current technology trends and market insights.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent, with a focus on technology roles.
• Proven ability to navigate recruitment challenges with a positive and driven attitude.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, able to engage with hiring leaders, candidates, and partners.
