Corporate Recruiter - Technology | Racine, WI, United States | On-site

This established and rapidly growing company, a leader in its industry for over 45 years, is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join its Corporate Headquarters. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in attracting and hiring top tech talent, partnering closely with IT leadership to build critical technology teams.

The Role

  • Lead strategic sourcing and recruitment efforts for technology roles.
  • Partner with IT leaders to define talent needs, job qualifications, and compensation packages.
  • Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies based on current technology trends and market insights.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience that reflects the company's culture and values.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
