Contract Data Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Scottsdale, AZ that is seeking a Contract Data Specialist.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Data Specialist to support a contract data validation and cleanup initiative. This individual will work closely with the team to review approximately 2,200 contracts in Ironclad, ensuring contract properties, fields, and data attributes are accurately organized and validated for downstream systems and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate contract data and fields within Ironclad
• Validate recommendations initially generated through Ironclad AI
• Perform data entry, data auditing, cleanup, and reorganization across approximately 2,200 contracts
• Ensure required contract information is properly populated and structured for reporting and integration with other systems
• Quickly learn different contract types, associated data fields, and business requirements
• Understand how individual data attributes can impact workflows and downstream processes
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while working through a large volume of contract records

REQUIREMENTS:

• Entry-level or junior-level data, contract, or analyst experience
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with structured data and data attributes
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM/CLCM) systems is highly preferred
• Ironclad experience is a major plus, but not required
• Previous data entry, data auditing, contract administration, or junior data analyst experience would translate well

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
