Reporting to the National Continuous Improvement Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how Claims operates across NTI. Partnering with leaders across the business, you'll use customer insights, operational data and quality outcomes to identify opportunities, influence change and drive continuous improvement initiatives that deliver better experiences for our customers and stronger business performance.

Your Day-to-Day will include:

• Driving customer insight reporting and improvement opportunities
• Supporting NTARC reporting and analysis.
• Developing and delivering capability training.
• Delivering operational reporting and business insights
• Analysing trends and recommending improvement initiatives
• Supporting Internal Dispute Resolution investigations.
• Partnering with leaders to improve customer outcomes.
• Contributing to strategic projects and change initiatives
