Required Skills

• HR operations and business decision-making. 

• Proficient in using Workday reporting tools, including custom reports and calculated fields, 

• Understanding HR data across areas such as HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning. 

• Experience using other database querying, reporting, or data visualization tools—such as SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms—is a plus.
