Full Stack Developer
Location: Wilmington, DE ( 3 Days onsite 2 days remote)

W2 Candidates only
Interview Process: 2–3 rounds. If candidate can come onsite, they would finish in 1 round.
Must have Skills: Java Spring Boot+ Strong React + 50/50 preferred
Nice to Have: AI tools exposure, AWS.
Screening: Manager wants resumes screened carefully. Candidates should be able to confidently explain everything mentioned on their resume.
