Senior Software Engineer

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and optimize enterprise solutions that power our wholesale wine and spirits distribution network. You will architect scalable, cloud-based applications, integrate complex logistics and sales systems, and enhance data-driven decision-making across supply chain and commercial teams. Partner closely with product, operations, and analytics to deliver secure, high-quality software. As a technical leader, you'll mentor engineers, champion best practices, and support our inclusive, people-first culture and commitment to responsible service.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure software solutions for logistics, sales, and supply chain workflows
• Architect and maintain cloud-based services and integrations across enterprise systems
• Collaborate with product, operations, and data teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Lead code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and improve code quality and reliability
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing to support rapid, stable releases
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and drive root-cause fixes
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance and feedback
• Contribute to technical roadmaps and system architecture decisions aligned with business goals
