Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in the Healthcare Provider domain to lead the development of provider-facing digital products and platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, clinical teams, operations, and engineering to deliver scalable solutions that improve provider onboarding, credentialing, contracting, directory management, and provider lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and vision for Provider Management solutions.
• Manage and prioritize the Agile product backlog.
• Gather and document business requirements and convert them into user stories.
• Define acceptance criteria and participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
• Work closely with Engineering, QA, UX, and Architecture teams.
• Collaborate with Provider Operations, Network Management, Credentialing, and Contracting teams.
• Support API integration with EMR/EHR and claims platforms.
• Define KPIs and monitor product adoption and performance.
• Participate in UAT and production releases.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst experience.
• Minimum 4 years of healthcare provider domain experience.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Provider Data Management (PDM)
• Claims workflow
• CMS regulations
• HIPAA
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
