Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Talent Management Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Performance Management, Goal Management, and Talent Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and configure Oracle Cloud Talent Management solutions.
- Configure and support Performance Management, Goal Management, and Talent Profile.
- Support talent processes including goal setting, performance reviews, talent assessments, and career development.
- Participate in SIT/UAT, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and support Oracle Cloud quarterly updates.
- Work closely with HR/business stakeholders and technical teams.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion/Cloud Talent Management experience.
- Expertise in Performance Management and Goal Management.
- Experience with Oracle Talent Management implementation, configuration, and support.
- Knowledge of HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
