Job Description




A Connecticut-based services organization is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead assigned projects supporting outage management and related reliability initiatives.


About the Opportunity:



  • Shift: Day

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday

  • Hours: Standard business hours

  • Setting: Hybrid (at least 4 days a week onsite)


Responsibilities:



  • Manage assigned projects from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality expectations are met

  • Apply project management methodologies and best practices to support effective execution

  • Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment

  • Monitor project budgets, milestones, and deliverables to support successful outcomes

  • Support initiatives related to outage management, troubleshooting, appointment, and other reliability-focused projects


Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of Project Management experience

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies

  • Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies

  • Experience in the cable or telecommunications industry


Desired Skills:



  • PMP certification for candidates with equivalent experience

  • Exposure to outage management, troubleshooting, or appointment-related projects

  • Familiarity with proactive customer notification or service reliability initiatives

  • Experience working on executive-visibility projects
