Robert Half is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager for a short-term, part-time contract team, managing a digital marketing team. This remote, part-time opportunity will focus on leading a team of digital marketing professionals, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting website, CRM, and email marketing initiatives!

Title: Manager, Digital Marketing

Schedule/ Hours: PT - 15-20 hours a week

Location: Fully remote, must work PST hours

Duration: 3-4 months

Opportunity for Extension: Not at this time

Pay: 40-50/hour on W2

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of marketing professionals responsible for website management, CRM administration, and email marketing initiatives
• Providing coaching, direction, and performance support
• Managing stakeholder communication and incoming requests
• Improving processes and helping teams stay organized and productive

Requirements

Must Have:

• Strong people leadership experience within marketing, communications, or digital marketing teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized with strong prioritization and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with a Project Management tool

Nice to Have: Exposure to marketing operations, CRM platforms, websites, or email marketing is a plus
