Location: Somerset, NJ 08873 Compensation: $80,000-$95,000 salary + comprehensive benefits package

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed fire sprinkler installation estimates, proposals, and material/labor takeoffs
• Review construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications for accuracy and scope
• Coordinate sprinkler system design layouts, installation schedules, materials, and subcontractors
• Track project budgets, documentation, and compliance while collaborating with field and office teams

Required Skills && Experience

• Experience in fire sprinkler estimating, installation, or system design
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and NFPA standards
• Knowledge of sprinkler systems, layouts, and related installation practices
• Valid driver"s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background/drug screening ________________________________________
