We're hiring for a leading healthcare provider, part of a nationally recognized hospital group known for its comprehensive specialist care and commitment to modern medical practices. This large institution serves a significant number of patients annually across numerous departments and is a teaching hospital affiliated with a university. They are expanding their services and seeking dedicated medical professionals to contribute to their mission of providing excellent patient care and fostering a supportive work environment.

The Role

  • Spearhead the development and establishment of a new neurological-neurochirurgical early rehabilitation unit (Phase B).
  • Assume medical leadership responsibilities for the early rehabilitation unit in a senior physician capacity, integrated within the Neurology department.
  • Foster and facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration across various medical specialties to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in on-call duty services.
  • Contribute to the strategic development and future of specialized patient care within the facility.

What You'll Need

  • Specialist qualification in Neurology.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in neurological-neurochirurgical early rehabilitation.
  • Demonstrated personal commitment, strong teamwork skills, and exceptional empathy.
  • Ability to maintain open and appreciative communication with patients and colleagues.
