The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support. • Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need. • Handle a variety of issues including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding. • Start and finish your day from home, tackling diverse challenges. • Act as an ambassador for the company, combining technical expertise with outstanding member service. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach and ability to stay calm under pressure. • A full UK driving licence. • A proactive problem-solving attitude and the ability to think on your feet.
