Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong data analysis capabilities and 8–10 years of experience in requirements gathering, reporting, and data-driven decision support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with large datasets, building dashboards, and translating business needs into actionable insights using modern analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into user stories and functional specifications
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance insights
• Build dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
• Perform data validation, KPI tracking, and reporting to support business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming
• Support UAT, functional testing, and ensure alignment with business requirements
• Document workflows, process maps, and reporting procedures

Required Skills:

• 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst
• Strong skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), SQL, and data analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of requirements gathering, process mapping, and user story creation
• Experience working in Agile environments using tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
