Founded in 1984, Firetrol is the national leader in fire protection & life safety services. We are currently seeking a Sprinkler Operations Manager to join our team of over 1,200 of the best fire protection professionals in the industry.

Job Description:

As the Sprinkler Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the sprinkler division within Firetrol Protection Systems.

  • Lead and manage a team of sprinkler technicians and support staff
  • Plan and prioritize projects to meet deadlines and customer requirements
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Monitor and manage project budgets and financials
  • Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure successful project implementation
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and quality
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team as needed
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements
  • Prior experience in a managerial role within the fire sprinkler industry
  • Strong knowledge of sprinkler systems and installation practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
